It's been a week to forget as Yankee fans. 2-4 against the Nationals and the Marlins. The Yankee bats have scored to the tune of 5, 2, 0, 5, 1 and 5 over that stretch. Alex Rodriguez needed a couple days off due to fatigue. Sabathia was pulled from Sunday's game after 1.1 innings of work with biceps tendinitis (he says he'll make his next start). I'm sure things will turn around, I mean, CMW only allowed 3 earned in 5 innings of work in his last start. An unbelievable improvement. Still, there's more bad news, check after the jump.
Dude! You want me to take over or anything? Seriously, after I get back from Texas and its heatwave-I have nothing to do but get alterantly excited and depressed about the Yanks?
Shoot me a line here.

Say it ain't so, Brian! What about Mike... his recaps are very good too, can he pick up the slack?
Totally understand your position, dude. That's what happened w/ me and Phillyphan years ago....just couldn't keep up w/ moderating and the rest of life's responsibilities. When da hamster wheel rolls too fast, time for da hamster to jump onto a slower wheel.... :-) BTW, how are the kids?
I do miss your old "Dear Joe" features. Joe Girardi seems less overwhelmed as a manager this year... maybe he can do this job afterall. This is still a great site for the Yankees. :-)
I've also been a Yankee fan but I do believe both in fortunate an un-fortunate changes where someone wins and someone looses.
@James - you are absolutely right ! One team cant be unbeatable , there are always looses. The point is to make them as less as possible.
The Yankees are beatable like everyone else...
