First Pitch At New Yankee Stadium

The Bombers opened up their new digs in a Friday night exhibition game against the Chicago Cubs and my friend Vinny happened to be in attendance (he's got connections).  He snapped this picture from his seat down the right-field line.

  
I watched only parts of the two exhibition games played at the new place, but here are some quick first impressions: the infield plays fast, the ball carries well to right-center and there's a lot more foul territory down the lines.

Can't wait to see the ol' (new) girl myself.
