.500, Yet Again...
This is getting a bit tedious. It’s time to S or get off the pot, New York Yankees. Chien-Ming Wang cruised after a shaky first, and the Yankee bats were led by Bobby Abreu to a 6–4 win. The Yankees are back at .500, and as much as I hate to admit it, I think they’re going to fall back below tomorrow when Mike Mussina takes the hill.
To be fair, the Yanks have won 2 of 3 since the break, and a win tomorrow gives them the series, and a solid start to the second half. I just don’t have any confidence in Mussina, so I’m going into the game with very low expectations. My whole outlook on the season has taken a turn for the worst since Friday night’s loss, it’d be nice if the Yanks could win a game that feels like a loss going in.

Dear Joe,
Please, for the love of God, do not pitch Kyle Farnsworth ever again. Seriously, never. Send him to work out with Carl Pavano or something, just keep him away from the pitcher’s mound.
